- The successful candidate will be experienced in Engagement and Change Management, of which approximately 5-10 years in an operational/delivery capacity.
- Ideally, the candidate will have Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling messaging and positioning for different audiences.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Talent products and services as well as the emerging engagement and communication technologies and trends.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling messaging and positioning for different audiences.
- Analytical: Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement and adoption initiatives.
- Creativity: Able to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to launch initiatives, create events, and other activities.
- Collaborative: Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Driver of the customer-centric mindset being able to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Adaptability: Ready to adapt to changes in the business or within the organization and adjust the communication plan accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and GTM strategies across multiple channels and markets.
