Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for quality and safety in pharmaceutical production? What are you going to do?As a Production Operator, you will work in Packaging department (around 25 team members). You will manage part of the production process on your own, while following rules for safety, quality, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).Key Responsibilities

Run and check machines during production, following all safety and work rules;
Take machines apart and put them back together for cleaning or changing products (using SMED method);
Solve basic technical problems; ask a mechanic or supervisor for help with bigger issues;
Follow GMP rules (I, II, III) and complete all required training;
Work with team leaders to keep the process running smoothly;
Keep clear records and follow all instructions (Standard Operating Procedures);
Set a good example by working safely and helping to improve how things are done.

Salary between €2,300 and €2,700 gross per month based on a 36-hour contract;

Tablets (standard, film-coated, bi-layer, sugar-coated)

It supplies products for urology, oncology, nephrology, and endocrine disorders, maintaining strict quality and compliance standards. What do we ask?

MBO-level education, preferably with a technical background or Vapro A/B certification;
Proven ability to work independently in a regulated production environment;
Solid understanding of safety protocols and GMP guidelines;
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude;
Willingness to work in a 3 shift rotation as required.
