- Translate customer needs into a technical scope and ensure a safe, well-designed process in close collaboration with clients and colleagues;
- Take responsibility for time, budget, progress, and quality within your discipline across projects;
- Lead the development of key deliverables such as P&IDs, mass & heat balances, equipment and line lists, process calculations, safety studies, and datasheets;
- Provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team in front-end consultancy, feasibility, concept, and basic engineering projects;
- Engage with contractors and suppliers, assess offers, supervise execution, and coordinate with external engineering partners and internal teams.

- A university degree in process technology, food technology, chemical engineering, or life sciences;
- At least 10 years of experience in a process engineering role within a consultancy or engineering firm;
- Practical experience in multidisciplinary teams and sectors such as food, pharma, or fine chemicals;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and you’re comfortable working in international, culturally diverse environments;
- The flexibility to travel and the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
