This dynamic role involves handling Corporate Income Tax, Tax Accounting, Transfer Pricing, and Pillar 2, while ensuring tax compliance, managing risks, and optimizing global tax positions. You will also leverage advanced tax technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.You will play a critical role in shaping our future by supporting the development and implementation of global direct tax strategies and policies. Become part of a team that values your expertise and commitment to excellence.What you will doPrepare the Dutch accounting position, document tax accounting positions of the group, and serve as the point of contact to explain these internally and to statutory auditors.Oversee the preparation and review of local tax returns.Support with the preparation of the Dutch tax return by the external advisor.Support with the project to implement Pillar Two and Public Country-by-Country reporting.Maintain the Dutch transfer pricing documentation/Local Files of the group.Support tax technology initiatives (e.g. the use of data analytics and reporting, data visualisation and AI).Develop and implement global tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.Advise senior management on tax-related issues and potential impacts on the business.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.What you will needTax Degree (Bachelor or Master) required.3-8 years of experience gained within a BIG 4 firm or an international setting.Comprehensive understanding of tax accounting and reporting.Taking ownership, and a can-do mentality (solution-oriented).Ability to operate effectively in a complex, international environment.Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.Why work for us?Flexible working hours to maintain a Work-Life-BalancePossibility to work 32 hoursHybrid working: on average 1-2 days a week in the officePermanent employment contract with a competitive salaryBonusA wide variety of training courses and career development optionsNumerous further benefits, such as retirement provisions, travel allowance, company events and sports and leisure activitiesAbout the teamYou will join our global Tax Team and have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues worldwide.
