Job Description:We are looking for dynamic sales professional, with a passion for technology, to help bring our great solutions to customers throughout the northern regions of the Netherlands.As Account Manager you will have a vital role in developing profitable new business and in growing the current accounts for all product lines within our Flow Controls business (control valves, positioners, conditioning and deheating etc.) in your assigned region. We will provide you with the training needed to master our products and to work alongside our expert team of inside sales, product and application specialists, to give you all the tools needed to expand and strengthen the relationship with customers.Are you passionate about making strategic impacts and ensuring sales support?   • Achieving the agreed target;
  • Managing sales cycles from lead to closure;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers (internal and external);
  • Acting as a contact between Emerson and it's existing and potential markets;
  • Capturing market and customer information;
  • Regularly updating sales administration tools;
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • At least 5-8 years proven experience in sales;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level in related field;
  • High level of sales, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Verbal and written communication skills proficient in Dutch and English;
  • Availability to travel frequently within the region (Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe) and occasionally to our office for training (Rijswijk);
Preferred qualifications to set you apart:
  • Technical background (studies in an engineering field);
  • Familiarity with Emerson divisions and products;
