  • Partner with us to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Present qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress for ongoing recruitment projects.

  • Maintained a high standard of candidate submissions, with 80% of endorsed candidates progressing to interviews.

  • You are resourceful, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
