- Draft and support proposals for the EMEA Sales Team, working closely with Operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with client and sales information.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports; collaborate with colleagues across all levels.
- Respond to internal and external client enquiries via email.
- Perform essential administrative tasks to support Legal, Finance, QA, and other departments.
- Manage processes such as NDA handling, access requests, and project submissions.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative assignments as required.
- Passion for customer success and support.
- Preferably MBO+ or HBO thinking level.
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics is a plus).
- Experience with sales reporting is a plus.
- Proactive, structured, and stress-resistant approach to work.
- Strong communication skills; team player mentality.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
