Through our products, partners and people, we make it easier for everyone to experience the world.Role Description:As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst (EMEA), you will serve as a regional subject matter expert, driving the application, design, continuous improvement, and operational excellence of Booking.com’s Total Rewards strategy for the EMEA region. You will partner closely with the global Compensation and benefits team, ensuring that compensation and benefits programs are market-competitive, compliant, data-driven, and tailored to evolving business needs. This position is both hands-on and strategic, and is expected to demonstrate advanced analytics, project leadership, and stakeholder management.Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Design, execute, and monitor regional and functional compensation programs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local market needs.
Lead annual compensation reviews, benefits renewals, and benchmarking initiatives, overseeing all phases from data collection to stakeholder approval.Conduct market analysis using multiple benchmarking sources and develop actionable proposals for compensation updates, equity reviews, pay range calibration, and new benefits.Monitor local market trends and legal requirements, recommending enhancements to keep reward programs competitive and compliant.Identify and address gaps in compensation and benefits reporting, process inefficiencies, and spend management by championing scalable improvements such as dashboards and automation.Manage and contribute to multiple complex regional and global Total Rewards projects, maintaining process integrity and documentation while balancing stakeholder input.Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and vendors to deliver timely reporting, oversee EMEA benefits inventory and compliance, and ensure effective service delivery and communication.Qualifications & Skills:6-8 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits in a multinational, matrix environment (with experience in EMEA Compensation and Benefits legislation and practices).Demonstrated expertise in leading regional compensation and benefits strategy, policy design, and operational execution with solutions oriented and result-driven approach.In-depth knowledge of EMEA compensation and benefits practices, labor laws and statutory compensation and benefits regulations.Advanced analytics and modeling capabilities; proven ability to turn data into compelling narratives and actionable business recommendations.Advanced project management, with evidence of balancing complex deliverables and deadlines whilst being flexible to manage ambiguity and changes.Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate, influence and align senior stakeholders.High proficiency with Workday (or equivalent HRIS) and Google suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs); able to design and automate reporting and dashboard solutions.Benefits & Perks - Global Impact, Personal Relevance:Booking.com’s Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
