Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.Functional Specific ResponsibilitiesIn this role you'll be working on developing, monitoring and implementing communications strategies in collaboration with the broader Public Affairs team. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.Key responsibilities are:
  • Develop communications strategies and initiatives in support of the company's business strategy and objectives, creating customized communications materials for a wide range of audiences across Europe.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the region.
  • Plan, coordinate and produce digital content.
  • Take a strategic approach with a focus on the 'bigger picture' - taking separate projects and developing a narrative that connects them.
  • Arrange and coordinate events.
  • Contribute to writing, editing and proofreading impactful and engaging content.
  • Develop our internal and external channels, aligned with the latest standards.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of communications initiatives and leveraging this information in the development of future strategies
  • Serve as a brand guardian to maximize brand exposure and ensure all messaging, brand signage, and other collaterals are meeting Aramco branding guidelines.
Functional Specific RequirementsThe successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a communications function, either in-house or at an agency with a solid understanding of how to use strategic and tactical communications to increase engagement. Experience working across international markets is desirable.In addition, we're looking for the following qualifications:
  • A BA/BSc degree in communications, public affairs, or related disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: a natural collaborator and relationship builder who enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving, with a “self-starter” mentality.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient command of English (written and verbal). Language skills in other European languages relevant to Aramco's regional markets is desirable but not mandatory (e.g., Dutch, Polish, French, Spanish).
