- Administrating and configuring site features in SharePoint
- Creating site level policies
- Giving guidance on design best practice
- Editing the master pages
- Creating page layouts, based on SharePoint
- Creating and maintaining Documentations/Guides
- Creating PowerShell and scripts.
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Mandatory experience (3 years minimum) with a large IT organization, IT department in large organization or in a governmental institution
- Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design standards and best practices
- Experience developing user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Proven background of graphic designing projects related to web applications
- Mandatory experience (3 years minimum) with design and implementation of Web and Portal technology in modern information systems, including Software development using scripting and/or programming languages including Java/J2EE, .NET, Perl, Python, JSP or similar; Developing web user interfaces using HTML 5, Java Script, CSS and AJAX technologies; Applying Service Oriented Architecture.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
- Design and implementation of Content Management Systems and Document Management Systems (such as Microsoft Share Point, Liferay, Drupal or Joomla) as designer;
- Experience with implementation of web and portal based solutions based on cloud services;
- Development of application services utilising concepts such as DEVOPS, SCRUM, and Containerisation
- Requirements analysis
- Technical and user guide documentation.
- Language proficiency: a thorough knowledge of English.
- Certifications: SharePoint Administration
- Significant working experience in NATO or MoD
- SharePoint Infrastructure Design & Architecture (2016/2019 and Online)
- SharePoint portal/intranet troubleshooting
- Implementing Directory, Identity and Access Management in an Enterprise environment, including: Implementing 'single sign on' in heterogeneous environments (with SAML and OAuth technology).
