As a Learning & Capability Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful learning experiences across the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full operational cycle of our flagship and global learning programs, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and aligned with our broader learning strategy and infrastructure. In addition to overseeing execution, you will actively contribute to the design and development of new learning interventions, both in-person and digital. This role requires a strong combination of project management, stakeholder engagement, and instructional design capabilities. You will work closely with HR business partners, functional academy owners, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to create high-quality learning solutions that support the growth and development of employees at all levels.Responsibilities
-Manage the planning and execution of global learning programs, including logistics, scheduling, invitations, and coordination with external facilitators and vendors.
-Co-design new or significantly revised global learning programs aligned with organizational needs.
-Evaluate learning programs using participant feedback and performance data to improve future delivery and outcomes.
-(Co-)Develop e-learning content based on existing resources or input from business stakeholders.
-Provide guidance to managers and employees on available learning opportunities within the company.
-Contribute to the enhancement and implementation of the organization's digital learning infrastructure.Requirements
-Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar learning and development role.
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
-Lead the end-to-end management and efficient delivery of flagship and global learning programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's learning strategy.
-Co-design and develop impactful in-person and digital learning solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.Other Information
