Your missionWe are committed to excellence in the automotive logistics industry and pride ourselves on building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service. To support our endeavors, we are looking for an Operations Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics Planning & Markets team for an unlimited period in Rotterdam, Botlek Port. We are searching for a flexible and reliable person to support our Team Leader in logistics planning and market operations. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on keeping things running smoothly — both behind the scenes and out on the ground.Your profileOperations
  • Supporting the implementation of agreed procedures, following up on progress, and discussing corrective actions for damage and loss prevention with customers and suppliers
  • Supporting project plans for new logistics concepts in line with customer requests
  • Support with operational contracts
  • Developing and improving processes, while identifying new business opportunities
  • Daily operations
  • Following up / Monitoring wholesales target
Business Relations
  • Strengthening and building solid customer and supplier relationships
  • Acting as liaison to the Team Leader, including communication with the customer and GEU HQ operations
Invoice Checking
  • Reviewing invoices, cross-checking against delivery records and supplier agreements to ensure accuracy before approval
Office Support
  • Supporting general office functions to keep things running efficiently, including handling communications and organising schedules
About You
  • HBO / Hoger Beroepsonderwijs or equivalent higher vocational education in a relevant field
  • 3+ years’ experience in supply chain operation or engineering mandatory
  • Experience in customer relationship management an advantage
  • Language requirements: fluent in Dutch and English
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and willingness to travel
