Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.Requirements
- 5–10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6+ months
- Demonstrated success in engaging and selling to C-level executives (CxOs)
- Strong drive to learn, succeed, and lead by example
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, especially for executive audiences
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to empathize, negotiate, and resolve challenges effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce and managing full sales cycles through CRM tools
- Highly organized, process-driven, and self-motivated
- Ability to adapt and iterate sales approaches in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in building mutual agreements and project plans with prospects, with strong forecasting discipline
- Willingness to travel as required
- Telecom industry experience is strongly preferred and will be prioritized — especially candidates who understand global connectivity, telecom infrastructure, or enterprise communications solutions
