Headquartered in the Netherlands, with world-class R&D hubs in Lisbon, Berlin, and São Paulo, 1GLOBAL employs over 450 experts across 13 countries.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales professional with a passion for disruptive innovation to join our headquarters team in Amsterdam Zuidas, Netherlands.Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience selling mobile communication or telecom solutions to enterprise customers.As a key member of our sales team, you will drive the growth of our enterprise customer base by building lasting relationships and delivering tailored solutions that address the unique needs of large organizations.Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Business Development
Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media. * Consultative SellingUse a structured, consultative sales approach to understand each customer’s business priorities and align our solutions to their specific challenges. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to access and influence C-level stakeholders. Clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our offerings to multiple decision-makers. * Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders — including C-level executives, department heads, and internal champions — within target organizations. Develop a deep understanding of their decision-making processes and buying cycles. * Solution PresentationDeliver compelling executive-level presentations and product demonstrations using strong storytelling, business acumen, and financial insight. Clearly communicate the measurable ROI of our solutions. * Negotiation & ClosingLead contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, in close collaboration with internal teams such as legal, finance, and implementation. Ensure seamless deal closure.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.Requirements
  • 5–10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Experience leading and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6+ months
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and selling to C-level executives (CxOs)
  • Strong drive to learn, succeed, and lead by example
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, especially for executive audiences
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to empathize, negotiate, and resolve challenges effectively
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and managing full sales cycles through CRM tools
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and self-motivated
  • Ability to adapt and iterate sales approaches in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience in building mutual agreements and project plans with prospects, with strong forecasting discipline
  • Willingness to travel as required
Industry Expertise:
  • Telecom industry experience is strongly preferred and will be prioritized — especially candidates who understand global connectivity, telecom infrastructure, or enterprise communications solutions
  • Exceptional candidates from adjacent enterprise technology sectors may also be considered
