
HR Organizational Development Specialist (on-site)

- Coordinate and support the implementation and improvement of HR systems (HRIS) across EMEA
- Contribute to organizational development projects, including training structures and talent programs
- Support regional HR operations, processes, and compliance initiatives
- Analyze and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR activities
- Maintain strong alignment with the OD function and ensure HR activities reflect our evolving organization
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR. Experience with HRIS is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus
- Familiarity with labor law and HR operations in the EMEA region
- Organized, structured, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Effective communicator and team player
