
International Payroll Specialist

- Process and validate monthly payroll for all employees (+- 200) across multiple European countries (NL, BE, FR, AU & DE);
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws and social security requirements;
- Prepare and distribute pay slips, resolve payroll queries, and handle payroll adjustments;
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and manage third party payroll systems, time & attendance tool;
- Maintain accurate payroll records and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy;
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll and HR administration efficiency;
- Consult with the HR Business partner concerning payroll issues.
- Stay updated on European labor laws, payroll regulations and social security requirements;
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy laws in all HR and payroll processes;
- Prepare and submit required statutory reports, such as tax fillings and social contributions;
- Generate and analyze Payroll reports to assist with data driven decision-making, working together closely with the Finance department.
- Act as a primary point of contact for payroll related inquiries;
- Support employees with payroll, benefits and HR policy questions;
- Collaborate with HR team on initiatives to improve employee experience.
- +3 years of experience in multi country Payroll, or eager to learn more about it;
- Proficient with payroll software and HRIS systems, experience with ADP (IHCM / Celergo) & Manus is a plus;
- Experience with implementing new tools or a system is a plus;
- Strong excel skills;
- Communication and conflict resolution skills;
