As a key part of the maintenance team, you'll ensure optimal performance of production and utility installations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving equipment. You'll lead preventive and corrective maintenance efforts and play an essential role in long-term asset reliability and safety.Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate daily activities of internal technicians and external contractors.
- Conduct risk analyses and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, compliance standards, and documentation procedures.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and uptime.Requirement
- MBO 4 (secondary vocational education) in Electrical Engineering or Measurement & Control Technology.
- Knowledge of Dutch electrical standards and industrial safety regulations.
- Project management skills and/or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or RCM.
- Certification with NEN 3140, NEN 1010.
