We're looking for a Reservations Agent to be the friendly, professional voice that helps our guests start their journey with us.Your Role in Our Story:
As our Reservations Agent, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience-managing all aspects of reservations from the very first inquiry to final confirmation. Your day will include:Handling incoming bookings, changes, and cancellations with speed and precision.Responding to phone and email inquiries about pricing, availability, and special requests.Collaborating closely with our Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless reservation process.Managing and updating reservations using the Opera Property Management System (PMS) with a high degree of accuracy.What We're Looking For:Strong working knowledge of the Opera PMS.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented under pressure.A proactive, guest-focused mindset.What's in it for you?
