
HR Administrator (French-speaking)

- Perform complex leave-related data changes in the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct research, audits, and analysis to resolve issues requiring specialized knowledge.
- Interpret customer needs, assess requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Provide excellent service to employees and HR Shared Services teammates by responding promptly and professionally to calls, emails, and CRM (SNOW) inquiries.
- Communicate updates across Global Shared Services and submit accurate information to Data Management/Payroll for timely HR system updates.
- Explain complex issues clearly and work collaboratively to build consensus.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by applying best practices, enhancing knowledge databases, and optimizing HR systems and tools.

- It is crucial to have strong analytical skills, critical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources (Operations) environment is preferred, 1-2 years.
- Affinity with HRMS systems (Workday or SAP/ADP preferred).
- We require a team player who easily adapts to a dynamic and changing environment.
- You will have first class communication skills to connect and partner with the various Nike departments.
- Fluency in English required, French fluency would be a plus.
