Short descriptionWe're looking for a Senior Project Engineer with offshore cable installation experience to join a collaborative team in Delft. This full-time role offers a hybrid setup (1 day remote) and starts with a 1-year contract, with the goal of becoming permanent.Function descriptionAs a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and supporting engineering activities related to offshore cable installation projects. You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards.You'll be based in Delft, working in a young, active team that values collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement. The role offers a hybrid work setup, with four days in the office and Fridays from home.Key responsibilities include:

Planning and executing offshore cable installation projects.
Preparing technical documentation and project reports.
Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Using tools like SolidWorks, CAD, and Jira to support project execution.

RequirementsMust-Haves:

At least 3 years of experience in offshore cable installation.
Eligible to live and work in the Netherlands (no sponsorship available).
Able to commute to Delft office 4 days per week.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Full-time availability (no freelancers).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD.
Experience with Jira is a plus.
Comfortable working with LaTeX (training can be provided).

Employment Terms:

1-year contract with the intention to become permanent.
