- Coordinate project timelines and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate
- Assist in setting up and tracking projects in internal tools (ProTrack, Jira, MS Office Suite)
- Support project managers with reporting, dashboards, and progress updates for clients and internal stakeholders
- Organize documentation, contracts, and project deliverables in line with jurisdictional requirements
- Prepare and share status reports, action lists, and meeting notes
- Liaise with different departments (technical, regulatory, client-facing) to ensure smooth communication
- Anticipate bottlenecks, flag issues, and support conflict resolution to keep projects on track
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in project coordination and workflows
- 1+ year of experience in project coordination, project management support, or a similar role
- Background in business administration, project management, or equivalent (MBO+/Associate-level or higher)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Jira or ProTrack is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and resolving conflicts in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; other European languages a plus
- Able to work full-time in the office for the first 3 months (hybrid flexibility possible after onboarding with 1 day working from home)

- Monthly gross salary €2,875
