From accurate reporting to smooth billing and communication, your work will help bring unforgettable experiences to life.What is expected of you as a Groups, Meetings & Events Executive:
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and daily reports to support smooth operations.
  • Ensure Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and changelogs are sent on time and with complete accuracy.
  • Maintain high standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Review group departures and outstanding balances daily.
  • Support the team by loading and managing enquiries in Opera Sales & Catering, including DDR packages and booking statuses.
  • Ensure billing and deposit schedules are correctly entered once contracts are signed.
  • Maintain accurate administration of group blocks and correspondence.
  • Audit group blocks to ensure all details are correct and aligned with brand standards.
  • Issue final invoices within 5 working days of group departure and follow up on any outstanding charges.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain service excellence.
What we're looking for:
  • A detail-oriented team player with a passion for hospitality and events.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Opera Sales & Catering or similar systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
  • A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
