- Oversee initial allocations for all channels (full price and outlet own & operated stores including digital) aligned to launch calendars, promotional periods, and commercial strategy.
- Drive replenishment optimization through targeted stock levels, improving store performance while minimizing overstock and markdown risk.
- Manage aged stock, divisional stock and full price returns allocation into Outlet with a commercial lens.
- Act as a key partner to Buying, Merchandise Planning, and Retail to define seasonal and in-season allocation strategies.
- Understand seasonal trade calendars and align allocation priorities to drive margin and sales growth.
- Deliver on KPIs including stock cover, in-stock %, sell-through, and store profitability.
- Be a key partner and coordinate closely with Supply Chain and Operations to manage outbound product flow, ensuring warehouse processing aligns with channel needs.
- Support demand and intake planning by analyzing forward order books, sales trends, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure store capacity constraints and commercial guardrails are respected in all allocation decisions.
- Lead and develop a team of allocators, providing coaching, setting clear priorities, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline allocation processes and leverage new tools and technologies.
- Analyze store and product performance, identify trends and risks, and implement tactical as well as strategic changes to improve outcomes.
- Provide insight into stock performance, rate of sale, and forward demand to support Buying, Planning and Merchandising decisions.
- Develop and refine allocation tools and reporting capabilities in partnership with systems/product teams.
- 7+ years of experience in allocation, planning, or inventory management within fashion retail, ideally including both full-price and outlet environments
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a fast-paced retail or brand environment
- Advanced analytical skills and a strong commercial mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficient in Excel, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence across Buying, Planning, Retail, Digital, and Supply Chain teams
- Knowledge of allocation and replenishment systems (e.g. Just Enough, SAP, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in business, Fashion, Economics, or related field
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business needs in a growing international brand
