
Lab Customer Support Consultant, Dutch and English speaking

- You will help our customers with questions regarding turnaround time, which samples to use, and pricing.
- You’ll be actively detecting trends and finding solution for recurring issues.
- You’ll be answering emails and taking notes on all pending actions in our customer relationship system.
- You’ll be responsible for tracking the result deliveries.
- You’ll be connecting with the laboratories, the sales team, and your fellow customer support colleagues.
- You are a smart, self-motivated, and creative person, who can anchor these traits with a high degree of accuracy and an analytical mindset.
