This is a unique opportunity to lead new store openings, drive relocations and expansions, and support our Joint Venture partners in delivering long-term success.Your roleAs Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities to grow our store network across the Netherlands. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every new or updated store delivers value - both for Specsavers and our store partners.You'll also manage the development process end-to-end, from business case creation and financial modelling to legal documentation and project rollout. This is a role for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, detailed analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.Your primary tasks and responsibilities include, but not be limited to:Execute the Dutch Business Development strategy in alignment with Northern Europe goals.Identify and assess new store locations, relocations, and expansions.Build robust business cases and financial projections for all proposals.Collaborate with Country Manager, Retail Support Team, Finance, and other departments to develop store-level strategies.Manage legal documentation and project timelines.Ensure ROI for both Specsavers and our store partners.Maintain transparent communication with partners and stakeholders.Support ad hoc commercial and retail projects as needed.Your new teamYou'll report to the Head of Business Development & Business Transfer Services NL and work closely with a wide range of internal teams - including Finance, Marketing, Legal, Property, and Store Environment.
