- Responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery team, delivering key initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting. The role also ensures efficient and consistent operations of all facility management activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the Client throughout the region, achieving the Client’s outsourcing objectives, consistency and risk management.
- As Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation, contributing to a productive and engaging environment for our client and their employees.
- Understand the client’s key business drivers, and focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with Jones Lang LaSalle deliverables
- The key focus for this role will be to create a single and visual point of contact for client visitors and employees and to act as the primary interface between the internal operations of stakeholders and their clients. Providing services to the highest possible standards as well as representing the client and JLL values in appearance, presentation and manners.
- You will take ownership and manage the front of house experience, oversee the desired behaviors, help orient and settle new and visiting staff and support the facilities management team in providing great workplace experience and provide the necessary support for business related events and community-based initiatives.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building positive relationships across all levels
- Oversee work performed by Janitorial, Reception, Mail & Parcel Services, and Site Amenity teams and ensure that all work is performed at the prescribed service level and frequency.
- Maintaining the Governance and reporting rhythm of the account.
- Support the achievement of the agreed financial targets for the account, revenue, expenses and debtors’ targets
- Assist in the delivery of ‘Instinct’ (customer experience) operational initiatives across your portfolio in close liaison with our service partners.
- Assist in the smooth transition of properties into management and ensure readiness for sale dealing with due diligence enquiries on disposal and lettings from a facilities perspective.
- Ensure that on-site management of the properties is undertaken in accordance with JLLs polices
- Ensure all Vendor KPI’s are upheld.
- Monitor work order SLA adherence
- Assists with the coordination, scheduling, follow-up and satisfaction of maintenance activities
- Coordinate with onsite team to advance service quality and enhance the client partnership
- Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption.

- Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
- Provide support for regular reporting packages
- Proactively meet with Client’s representatives on scheduled basis.
- Communicate regularly with the clients representatives, providing necessary support and information on the status of all areas under management
- Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met
- Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards
