- Design & deploy the talent strategy that is tightly linked to our business strategy, our Purpose and Cultural Pillars, while delivering against the functional priorities of your key stakeholders
- Play a pivotal role in partnering with our markets to gain deep insight into their business strategies and objectives, enabling the development and execution of targeted talent strategies that effectively support and accelerate business performance
- Successfully embed talent solutions that are effective in preparing our Primos to be their Best in delivering our best years yet.
- Build implementation plans that help HR Business Partners and Line Leaders quickly leverage the talent solutions to impact positively business results and the Primo experience
- Coach and support our Primos to unlock their purpose, enhance their performance and deliver against their potential
- Cultivate a culture of belonging, wellbeing and growth through the championing and deployment of key global and local initiatives
- Lead the delivery of our strategic development programs, team and executive coaching work.
- Build a pipeline of next generation leaders who will amplify our culture and deliver against our business strategy
- Experience in successfully influencing and leading across matrix organizations
- Proven experience in Leadership or Talent Development and Design
- Proven experience of closely partnering with business leaders & teams bringing a strong understanding of performance dynamics and capabilities and demonstrating the ability to align talent initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Significant leadership experience in Learning and Development interventions and/or succession planning across multiple geographies.
- Passionate person, love seeing people grow and perform

- Strong organizational skills with project management experience

- English, plus at least one other European language essential
