Dan staat de rol van Technische werkvoorbereider Werk/Project voorbereider Power Systems bij Schneider Electric op het lijf geschreven!Profielomschrijving:Als Werk/Project voorbereider ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding van onze field service-projecten binnen het domein van Midden en laagspanning en samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat onze Field Service Engineers optimaal voorbereid aan hun werkzaamheden kunnen beginnen. Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, projectleiders, servicecoördinatoren en het salesteam. Daarnaast bezoek je projectlocaties voor technische opnames en fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen engineering en uitvoering.Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?De rode draad in jouw werk is het voorbereiden van de uitvoering. Je stemt continu af met interne en externe stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat alles – van materialen tot documentatie – op tijd en correct geregeld is. Je bent adviserend richting Sales, schakelt met leveranciers en onderaannemers, en draagt zorg voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van onze projecten.Hoofdtaken:
  • Valideren van orders en bepalen van benodigde materialen, gereedschappen en meetapparatuur.
  • Opstellen van werkpakketten, werkinstructies en veiligheids- en kwaliteitsplannen.
  • In overleg met onze projectmanagers en engineers het plannen van de uitvoering in samenwerking met de Service Coördinator.
  • Tijdig bestellen van materialen en aanvragen van offertes bij leveranciers.
  • Bepalen van benodigde skills en capaciteit en deze matchen aan de opdracht.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken zoals rapportagecontrole, urenverantwoording en facturatiecontrole.
  • Ondersteunen van de projectmanager bij risicoanalyses en voorbereiding.
  • Bezoeken van klantlocaties voor technische opnames.
Wat breng jij mee?
  • Een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO-opleiding in elektrotechniek of energietechniek.
  • Ervaring met middenspanningsinstallaties en elektrotechnische projecten.
  • Oplossingsgericht, communicatief vaardig en proactief.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
  • In het bezit van VCA-VOL of bereid dit te behalen.
  • Vaardig met MS Office (Word, Excel); kennis van Salesforce, SAP, AutoCAD of MS Project is een pré.
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
