
Customer Relations Representative - Spanish speaking

- Handle questions from internal and external customers on the phone and via email during office hours
- Process returns and invoice corrections in our SAP system
- Prepare agreements for evaluation, loan, rental and purchases
- Interpret and assign customer requests to the appropriate departments and teams
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes and consequently communicate with internal departments to find solutions and preventative actions
- Participate in team meetings and project team activities to set priorities, discuss process improvements and solve issues together
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar position
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Fluency in French is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, able to work in a structured manner and adhere to deadlines
