For this local jewel the marketing team is E2E responsible for all portfolio, communication and activation projects, which makes the team agile, effective and very motivated.In this context, we are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Brand Manager who is in it to win it, to build further on the future proof journey for Unox. Mainly by shaping the meat strategy, growing core portfolio and driving the (veggie)meat innovation roadmap and bringing this to life in an excellent way via campaigns and shopfloor activation, meanwhile building on the sustainability agenda. You will be part of the Unox squad team and will report to the Head of Marketing UNOX.Working on this local jewel implies your responsibilities cover the full broadness of marketing: from strategic brand innovation, brand communication & -activation to brilliant in-market implementation.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBITIES BE?Deliver growth ambition targets on the Meat portfolioDevelop in-depth understanding of and expertise in the Meat category.Help delivering a strategic framework on how to play in Meat in the Dutch market.Identify and implement future growth opportunities based on in-depth consumer insights and anticipating competition.Initiate and build Meat Innovation Funnel, while securing perfect launchDevelop leading edge brand assets and activation campaigns (both in traditional and digital medias) and designs on Unox.Lead local multidisciplinary team, including 1 direct reports (1 intern)Key Performance Indicators:P&L delivery for the Meat categoryPreference and PenetrationDevelop Brand & Innovation strategyOTIF delivery of roadmapEmbrace an Agile way of working.KEY INTERFACESHead of marketing UnoxManagement Team ZwanenbergAdvertising, Design & Media agenciesRepresenting the brand to key partnersWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:A consumer-centric approach, married with a passion for our brand, continuously on the hunt for Unox growth opportunities that address consumer needs.An entrepreneurial and ‘can-do’ approach, be able to work with and unlock change and complexity to deliver results.An independent mind and agile mindset, getting energy from problem solvingProject management skills to execute challenging & complex projects, including innovation/communication development.Collaboration skills to build and drive networks with ease, leading a cross-functional team of experts (e.g. Creative agency, R&D, Supply Chain etc.)A keen eye for detail, aesthetic & design, a passion for creative excellence & developing communications and assets.Be digitally savvy.
