
Manager, Factory House Channel Merchandising - FH (Maternity Cover)

- Create consumer centric assortments across all divisions (footwear, apparel, accessories) and genders based on a blend of made for outlet product and excess.
- Manage and own the Go-to-Market process for the channel including Global and Region led meetings.
- Create tools to support cross functional partners including visual line plans, line architecture, mannequin looks, promotion trackers, and assortment files.
- Present assortment direction and how it supports EMEA's long term strategy.
- Own analyzing sales trends and competitive landscape to generate recommendations for strategic action to meet performance objectives and the right consumer expectations.
- Leverage consumer insights to drive meaningful conversations with other partners and to identify incremental opportunities.
- Work in collaboration with the planning, marketing, operations, and visual merchandising team to build strong relationships to support the business throughout the season
- Think strategically and present ideas on how to continue to evolve and improve processes.

- Knowledge of European Markets with specific focus on Retail environment, ideally outlets.
- Ability to work in an international environment with a clear understanding of cultural differences.
- Proven quantitative capabilities to assess data, identify trends, and define actions to drive results.
- Ability to self-start and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish an independent view while effectively collaborating in decision-making forums.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience, or
- Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience, or
- Typically, 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Typically, 1-2 years of management experience, or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in expertise.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Work Schedule: Starting in October, teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026.
