
Sensory & Consumer Insights Scientist

- Lead sensory and consumer studies, turning insights into clear product guidance.
- Provide methodological leadership for Product Design teams, from experimental design to data analysis.
- Identify opportunities for impactful product claims and validate them with consumers.
- Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure insights drive innovation and renovation.
- Travel to key markets when needed to lead research and champion the consumer voice.
- Degree in Product Development, Sensory Science, Consumer Science, Consumer Research or equivalent
- 7+ years' experience in product development and/ or sensory and consumer science
- Proven track record of building collaborative external business relationships
- Project management and stakeholder management
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Individual contributor with the need to be able to influence without positional authority.
- Ability to collaborate with the R&D community (Renovation, Innovation, Science & Technology, Quality & Food Safety, Science & Regulatory Affairs), Consumer Insights (Global & Regional), Commercial and Marketing teams where relevant.
- Partnering both internally and externally (with sensory and consumer research agencies) to deliver key product insights through sensory evaluations.
- Ability to travel to our key markets to lead consumer research
- Core member of the R&D Team, reporting to the Global CTI Lead.
