- Set up of sustainable and standardised data and analytics products;
- Maintenance of datawarehousing and database environments for corporate purposes;
- Setting standards, way of working and other deliverables for building the data driven together with the tribe D&A.
- Increasing the maturity level of the product teams and the way in which they ensure value creation within Rabobank;
- Stimulating a real 'engineering culture';

- Improve collaboration with de Global Data Platform to ensure good user journey
- Academic working and thinking level;
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within complex IT environments;
- Accustomed and comfortable with a “span of control” of approximately 40-50 employees;
- Knowledge of and experience with DevOps teams and scaled Agile (SAFe);
- Relevant experience with issues in complex data & analytics environments;
- Extensive experience in software development and management;
- Experience in guiding DevOps teams in transition;
- You have achieved demonstrable results by guiding teams towards autonomy and a high level of performance;
- Demonstrable affinity and passion for digitization and Cloud technology;
- Mastery of the English language (business level, writing and speaking);
- You take on a pivotal role by weighing interests and risks together with the business. You keep your back straight in difficult discussions;
- You have not previously participated in an application procedure for this position.
- You quickly create overview and insight for yourself, direct colleagues and stakeholders;
- You can deal well with unexpected setbacks, incidents or calamities;
- You are used to breaking down complicated issues in complex environments and making them manageable;
- You can think conceptually and then concretise;
- You organize the right knowledge and skills to determine measures;

- You are strong in coaching, you also know how to convey this to others (coach the coach);
- You are eager to learn and show a steep learning curve.
- A 36 or 40 hour working week;
- A yearly salary up to 111 k (based on 40 hours, in scale 10) including all benefits, depending on your knowledge and experience
- A 13th month and holiday pay;
