- Develop and deliver technical training modules for commercial vehicles (e.g., trucks, buses), with a focus on diagnostics, maintenance, repair procedures, service manuals, and practical applications.
- Provide clear explanations of training materials to end users, including service engineers and technicians.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for service technicians, after-sales teams, and dealership personnel.
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to keep training content up to date and aligned with current technologies.
- Deliver hands-on demonstrations, technical simulations, and practical assessments to confirm learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports on training participation, progress, and certification.
- Support field service teams by assisting in technical troubleshooting and collecting feedback to improve service quality.
- Contribute to the creation of digital training materials, such as e-learning modules and instructional videos.
- Deliver high-quality on-site training sessions for customers as needed.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, vehicle innovations, and relevant regulatory changes.
- Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle after-sales service or technical training.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical circuits, diagnostics tools, and component-level troubleshooting.
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and engaging manner to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in English (Dutch and Chinese language skills are a plus).
- Willingness to travel both domestically and in EU as required.
