Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and improve privacy-related processes to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Guide and implement strategic privacy and data governance improvements across departments.
- Act as a liaison between first-line departments, IT consultants, and contract management to ensure privacy requirements are integrated into business and technical solutions.
- Provide insights into personal data processing activities, maintaining and updating the processing register.
- Optimize processes for drafting, registering, and managing data processing agreements and related privacy contracts.
- Improve handling of data subject rights requests, including developing rollout plans, documentation, and training for first-line teams.
- Provide expert advice and support to key stakeholders on privacy, data governance, and risk management.
- Proven experience in privacy, data governance, or risk management, ideally in large or complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of AVG/GDPR legislation and practical implementation.
- Background in business analysis, data management, or process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge between business, IT, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience in higher education or public sector environments is an advantage.
- Availability for part-time assignment with flexibility to be on-site when needed.
