
Senior Field Service Engineer Drives

- Independently install and commission frequency converters (drives).
- Perform complex troubleshooting and fault analysis.
- Implement digital services such as remote monitoring and predictive maintenance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and suggest optimizations.
- Provide technical advice to clients to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate and lead colleagues and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support the sales team.
- A technical education at MBO+ or HBO level, preferably in electromechanics, energy technology, or industrial automation.
- Extensive experience in an industrial or technical service role.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in client interaction and advising.
- Leadership and coordination skills – you're able to manage teams and partners on-site effectively.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including participation in on-call duty.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- A valid driver’s license (B) – a company car will be provided.
