The payroll academy consists of different regular learning blocks, with coaching and hands-on work on projects or maintenance (AMS) for existing customers. The goal is to develop and enable a group of payroll consultants to lead SAP PY implementation projects and to work within support of our customers regarding incidents and change requests for the Payroll module and processes.Going forward within the further career you also have the option to extend skills within SFSF Time Tracking or other SAP/SFSF or Alight (and/or partner) solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESWithin Alight Payroll AcademyGet certified in SAP HCM PayrollComplete certifications and trainings on time as planned on program timelineActively participate in internal SAP Payroll trainingsActively share with the group payroll knowledge and experienceOne or multiple customer assignmentsLead workshops with customer for payroll topicsSupport Sales/Pre-Sales within Due Diligence Workshops for payroll with our prospectsAnalyzing client requirements for the PY moduleImplementing customer requirements in SAP HCM PY or EC Payroll module
