  • Execute purchase orders for materials, components and services in accordance with approved requisitions and sourcing decisions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery timelines and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with sourcing team and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement needs are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and manage order tracking to ensure timely receipt and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions in SAP & MRO systems and procurement platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, vendor application and support internal audits as needed.
  • Assist with invoice matching and issue resolution in collaboration with finance and vendor.
  • Contribute to supplier performance reviews by collecting delivery, quality and service data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Support inventory and logistics coordination where applicable.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP and MRO systems and procurement tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactional tasks.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills across departments and regions.
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of another European languages or Chinese is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Purchasing agreement, Import/Export documentation and logistics coordination.
