Job Description:Hey Honey is a global social-first creative agency helping connect brands to culture, moments & people. We're looking for a Producer to join our team and be a part of the next chapter of our exciting agency evolution.Our mission is to connect brands to their communities through impactful creative that drives positive change in behaviour. From tackling global creative challenges to championing sustainability, our work needs to matter and positively impact our clients, consumers, communities, and the climate.We're looking for creatives who don't do boring. We don't want expected. We want a creative mind that isn't afraid to push creative boundaries. Safe ideas don't stop the scroll - bold ones do. Your ideas should make clients nervous (in the best way possible).What You'll Do:🔥 Develop standout creative ideas - this could be for campaigns, content, activations and anything in between
🧠 Bring fresh references, cultural insights, and unexpected angles to the table.
🎤 Present creative ideas confidently - both internally and externally
📢 Take ownership of projects from concept to execution
📝 Work closely with designers, strategists, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.What We're Looking For:🥇Someone who brings with them a healthy dose of experience (this is a senior role)
