- You are currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program or a related HBO-level course.
- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
- Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
- Assist the Managers on Duty with daily operations.
- Address guests in a professional and hospitable manner, answering questions, providing information and giving recommendations on what to do in Amsterdam.
- Act as the first point of contact for guests and departments in case of incidents, handling complaints, resolving issues, or urgent matters
- Listen carefully to guests, resolving issues, and adding that extra touch to create memorable moments.
- Manage Guest Relations activities, including overseeing responses on our guest experience platform, ReviewPro.
- Know the procedures of the Front Office and Food & Beverage departments and ensure they are followed seamlessly.
- Facilitate smooth communication between all departments to elevate the guest experience.
- Conduct quality checks in public areas and guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Contribute to the improvement of the departments by giving suggestions to the head of department on current processes and procedures.
- Work on various projects and execute tasks that will help you grow into a well-rounded hotel professional.
