
Field Sales Representative - Existing Accounts

You’ll manage your own calendar/diary and there will be travel to client sites across the Benelux region for sales meetings, product demonstrations and similar for roughly 20-25% of your time.When you are not travelling for business, there is the expectation that you will work 2-3 days from our Bodegraven office, so that you can share best practice and build relationships with your colleagues in the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify potential new customers in the Benelux regionWork with existing accounts and manage upsell and cross-selling opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targetsBuild and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisationsConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value of Trimble's BIM software solutionsCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experienceStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Trimble's solutionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM softwareWhat Skills & Experience You Should Bring:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAAS sales, both new logo and existing accounts, preferably within the ConTech software industryProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makersSelf-motivated, result-driven, and ability to work independentlyWillingness and ability to travel within the Benelux region as neededDesirable Skills & Experience You Should Bring:Formal sales training, knowledge and understanding of Challenger sales model or similarWorking background within the digital construction sectorUnderstanding of BIM software products and usageAbout Trimble:Trimble is transforming the way the world works by delivering products and services that connect the physical and digital worlds.
