Job Summary The Regulatory Affairs Manager will support the Health & Biosciences , Animal Nutrition & Health for the EMEA market, to ensure the products are compliant with local legislations, and will serve as the EMEA main point of contact for the Animal Nutrition business, which includes livestock and pet food applications.Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for registration and maintenance of IFF AN&H feed additive registrations in EMEA.
  • To provide regulatory guidance to stakeholders such as R&D, Project Managers
  • Data collection and analysis for creation and submission of IFF AN&H feed additive registration dossiers.
  • Maintenance of registration overviews and authorities’ decisions.
  • Participate in regional trade associations such as FEFANA, BAFSAM
  • Monitor, review, and assess the impact of regulatory changes to Animal Nutrition & Health IFF product lines.
  • Management and development of the GRA EMEA regulatory team.
  • Contribute to global regulatory compliance programs for IFF marketed products in conjunction with global GRA team and product management.
Additional Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in science, animal nutrition or another comparable technical field.
  • Experience in preparing clear, accurate regulatory submissions/dossiers.
  • About 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, including 5 years in Animal Nutrition & Health.
  • Experience in interaction with regulatory agencies and trade associations.
  • Strong knowledge of feed additive regulations in EMEA, and specifically in EU and UK.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent skill in IT applications and comfortable with learning new IT systems.
  • People Management experience
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across global teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good organization and project management competencies.
  • Strong influencer and collaborator with interdisciplinary teams.
