
ICT Junior Solution Sales Manager – Graduate Program

- Perform Market Analysis and suggest the Sales strategy/Product roadmap
- Identify, qualify and close customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals
- Product planning, analyze Technical demand/Product function/License
- Analyze Development trend of solar inverter market
- Competitors’ strategy/operation Analysis
- Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge
- Execution of internal process by following SOP
- Support project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation
- Track purchase orders, maintain project documentation
- Responding to queries from internal and external customers
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM area, prefer in Electrical Engineer, Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy or similar domain.
- Basic understanding of ICT and renewable energy technologies, particularly solar inverter systems, with familiarity in technical product planning, analyzing technical demands, product functions, and licensing requirements, along with the ability to perform competitor strategy and operation analysis.
- Proactive and motivated to learn in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills, and a willingness to travel for customer engagements and market exploration
- Previous internships or work experience in sales, ICT, or renewable energy sectors, with exposure to project bidding and solution optimization processes.
- Strong interest or prior experience in solution sales, market analysis, and strategy development, with knowledge of sales lifecycles—encompassing identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities—and a solid understanding of product roadmaps, market trends, and customer relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, technical demands, and development opportunities, with expertise in solution verification and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and prepare technical documents, BOMs, and project bids.
- Proven project management skills, including documentation handling, purchase order tracking, and ensuring SOP-compliant execution with attention to detail.
