As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll roll up your sleeves and tackle recruitment from all angles:
Operationally, you’ll manage everything from drafting job posts to navigating the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and administrating offers.
On a tactical level, you’ll tap into diverse channels—job boards, agencies, social media, and your network—to reach active and passive candidates alike.
Strategically, you’ll partner with hiring managers, interpret their needs into targeted hiring approaches, and analyse recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Over the past 4+ years, you've handled full-cycle recruitment—ideally in a fast-paced, international settings.You’re fluent in English and Dutch. Know how to build trusted relationships and shift smoothly between operational tasks and strategic work.You're comfortable working with ATS systems—SmartRecruiters preferred—and use them to keep hiring efficient and accurate. You are structured, have an eye for detail, understand basic employment law, and work with structure and speed.
