As a Senior Learning Project Lead, you will:Learning Business Partner: Build and maintain strong connections with various learning academies to support cross-sector collaboration in learning design and development.
Relationships building: Establish strong relationships with academies, understand business contexts, and facilitate understanding of learning strategy implementation.
Support Key Initiatives: Oversee the delivery of effective learning solutions and journeys for prioritized initiatives and products.
Advise on Learning Needs: Ensure that critical business needs are identified and translated into learning and knowledge management solutions.
Facilitate Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between teams and academies to design and develop learning solutions.
Manage Stakeholders: Align with various stakeholders on learning roadmaps and journeys across different teams and academies.
Implement Learning Strategies: Manage the implementation of learning and knowledge management strategies to ensure successful adoption by end users.
Develop Learning Plans: Analyze learning requirements and develop plans that align with change adoption strategies while focusing on end users.
Lead a Team: Guide a team of learning experts and developers to create effective learning materials.
Ensure Project Delivery: Deliver learning solutions within budget, time, and scope constraints.
Best Practices Exchange: Share and adopt best practices and continuously learn from other project leads.Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a Learning and Development environment within large and matrix organizations.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Knowledge of Learning Methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, 5 Moments of Need).
- Experience in technical industrial environments
- Skills in training, facilitation, and coaching at various organizational levels.
- Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methods (Lean, Agile) is beneficial.
- Communication experience is advantageous.
- Organized and proactive in driving results.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and strategic thinker.
- Curious, forward-looking, and takes ownership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage resistance.
- Strong analytical abilities with a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to coach and motivate team members.
- Effective in leading change within complex, multicultural environments.
- Eager to learn by doing and a positive team player.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with experience in multicultural teams.
The role is for about 4-5 days a week
Interim & Permanent (payroll construction) possible, starting asap and is for at least 12 months (with a possibility to extend)
