As Corporate Recruiter Lead, you'll partner with business and HR leaders across multiple countries to design and deliver top-tier recruitment strategies. You'll lead hiring activities, consult on market trends, improve candidate experiences, and shape employer branding initiatives.Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for roles in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.
- Advise hiring managers on hiring strategies and local talent trends.
- Source and attract diverse talent using branding, social media, and networking.
- Support the hiring process with tools, metrics, and candidate experience best practices.
- Contribute to local and regional talent projects.Requirement
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- 3+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a global or matrix environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with ATS platforms, social media, and employer branding.
