Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative paid advertising strategies.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and enhance website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay abreast of industry trends to optimize content for search engines.
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Leverage analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics and potentially other tools.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve overall (search) marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and present reports to key stakeholders, showcasing the impact of search marketing efforts on business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective search marketing strategy.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to align search marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.

- 3+ years of experience in a specialist role (SEA focus).
- B2B marketing experience is a nice-to-have.
- Proven experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a requirement. Additional languages are a plus, in this case for example German or Spanish.
