Are you fluent in Norwegian and passionate about digital marketing? Do you stay ahead of social media trends and enjoy working with clients? Then we want to hear from you! What are you going to do?We're looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Sales(Norwegian-speaker) to support a leading social media platform. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of medium-sized clients, helping them optimize and scale their digital advertising campaigns. You'll act as a trusted advisor-proactively identifying growth opportunities, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.This is a 100% remote position, ideal for someone who is both results-oriented and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of business for existing clients on a top-tier social media platform;
  • Optimize and scale digital advertising campaigns to meet client goals;
  • Conduct daily client calls, pitch marketing ideas, and share campaign insights;
  • Identify upsell opportunities, retain and grow client accounts;
  • Create and present advertising media plans for both current and prospective clients;
  • Meet quarterly revenue and product adoption targets;
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer strategic solutions to improve campaign performance.

  • Fluent or near-native Norwegian and English;
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing sales or account management (digital marketing is a must);
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive;
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for user experience;
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working both independently and in a team.
