- Experience supporting international relocations or mobility processes, with exposure to global HR practices.
- Basic understanding of global mobility policies and international assignment coordination.
- Familiarity with HR processes and interest in contributing to process improvements.
- Capable of drafting professional communications and supporting document preparation.
- Experience assisting with coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of systems preferred such as SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow,
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- 2 - 4 years of max. work experience.
