
Principal Sales Strategy & Transformation

- Driving Transformation: Lead critical components of a multi-year transformation programme to maximise the impact of our sales function. From strategy development to implementation, you’ll ensure seamless delivery of initiatives that shape the future of our commercial operations;
- Enhancing the Operating Model: Redesign and implement a best-in-class sales operating model, with a particular focus on how we can leverage the best of AI and digital to enhance our service offer
- Optimizing Cost of Sales: Conduct detailed analyses to uncover inefficiencies and identify high-impact investment opportunities, delivering measurable ROI and strengthening the bottom line;
- Engaging Senior Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, from country executives to ExCo members. Present data-driven insights, align on priorities, and drive decisions that enable successful execution of strategic programmes;
- Leading Cross-Functional Teams: Inspire and lead diverse teams across sales, marketing, finance, customer service, logistics, and product, fostering collaboration and alignment to deliver on shared goals and OKRs;
- Managing Complex Programmes: Develop and execute robust programme plans with clear timelines, risk assessments, dependency mapping and change impact assessments. Provide regular progress updates and adapt plans to meet critical milestones.
- Strategy Experience: A proven track record in strategy consulting or a strategic/transformational role in a multinational corporation. Experience in commercial strategy, technology, or food delivery is a plus;
- Digital & AI Expertise: Experience in identifying, implementing, and optimizing innovative digital solutions — including AI, bots, and automation tools — to enhance self-serve experiences, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes;
- Commercial and Financial Acumen: To provide critical and key strategic insight across all areas of the business;
- Strategic Programme Leadership: Expertise in leading complex programmes with measurable (€million-level) business impact;
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills to structure, analyze, and solve complex challenges;
- Influential Communication: The ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to executive leadership, to drive collaboration and consensus;
- Energy and Agility: A passion for innovation and change, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment;
