- Hands-on ownership: Taking ownership of the success of our sales team towards accelerated Net New revenue growth in Benelux.
- Strategic Sales Planning with a focus on hands-on, high-energy execution: In line with Global GTM strategies, develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for the Benelux region.
- Drive Net New Revenue: We're a high-growth SaaS company and the primary focus is to drive new customer acquisition. Your role is to ensure market coverage/territory allocation among our sellers. You will, on a tactical level, guide our account executives to identify and seize opportunities and ensure a high closing ratio. In close collaboration with our Corporate Marketing and local Field marketing, you will be responsible for driving new Pipeline activities to ensure a healthy pipeline ratio for all sellers.
- Accountability: Ensure account executives are held accountable on top of funnel activities and meet targets on a repeatable and consistent basis. You will be fostering a Keepit Collaborative team culture. We have a remote / in-office policy that allows us to be in the Amsterdam office 12 days a month.
- Collaboration with Partner Account Executives: Foster strong partnerships with regional VARs, MSP, and other relevant partners in Benelux by working in close alignment with our RPMs and our EMEA VP of Channel.
- SaaS industry Acumen: SaaS experience combined with Backup and Restore Services from Keepit, or our competitors is essential. In-depth SaaS market knowledge from the Benelux is also crucial and a pivotal requisite to succeed in the role.
- Driving New Business Acquisition: This role requires a strong focus on new business acquisition. We are looking for a true hunter with a builder’s mindset, not a maintainer.
- Relationship Building: The aptitude to foster strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and teams will be central to success in this role.
- Strategic Analysis and Execution: We are looking for a profile who possess the ability to identify opportunities, formulate strategies, and ensure meticulous execution and continuous follow-up are key attributes we seek.
- Communication Prowess: Given the nature of the leadership role, impeccable communication skills are essential.
